Hot Bamboo’s Baby Yoda Bao Buns
Love The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda? How about these Baby Yoda Bao Buns, oh my gosh aren’t they just adorable? And they tasted good too. Everyone has gone so crazy for everything Baby Yoda (I mean how can you not??) and now you can get Baby Yoda steamed buns here in Phoenix (well actually Chandler, just southeast of Phoenix).

B and I are always in search of new restaurants in Phoenix and I’ve found a new spot! Hot Bamboo in Chandler. For the locals you may have seen Hot Bamboo’s created steamed buns are local festivals and markets – they were at over 100 markets last year! The good news is they now have a restaurant so you can get your bao bun fix anytime you want.
Baby Yoda, Angry Birds, Bears, Hedgehogs and more.
The fun designs are so fun. It reminds me of my days when I owned my cake shop. Angry Birds cakes were so popular. Then I used my cake skills to create fun bento lunches for my son.
Also, a Boba Tea Bar build your own with green tea, Thai tea or spritzer. Can you believe this was my first time trying boba? delicious and fun when those little balls burst in your mouth. And how about this color-changing bubble Butterfly Tea? so pretty.

Don’t forget Bubble Waffles for dessert. We first tried bubble waffles over the summer in NYC and excited to find we can get them here at home. Freshly baked sweet waffle wrapped into a cone, filled with ice cream (chocolate or green tea) and topped with fun treats.
