16 April Fools’ Day Jokes to Play on Your Teens
One: Move their clocks one hour ahead so they get ready for school an hour early
Two: Put a fake spider in their shower
Three: Broken Phone Screen. Download a broken screen wallpaper (just google, there are lots of options) or one of the Broken Screen apps and upload it to their phone
Four: Cut out a bunch of Es from brown paper and leave them on a plate telling them there are brownies waiting for them in the kitchen
Five: Swap (carefully) and few keys on their keyboard
Six: Fill a donut box with vegetables and leave it out on the counter
Seven: Move their car so they think it’s been stolen (just make sure you are there before they report it that it was stolen)
Eight: Replace their underwear with ones that are a few sizes smaller
Nine: Pack their lunch with a sandwich in a ‘moldy’ sandwich bag
Ten: If April 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, wake them up by telling them they’re late for school
Eleven: Freeze their breakfast (cereal with milk is perfect for this) and remove it right before they step into the kitchen.
Twelve: Add food coloring to the milk carton (milk cartons and not plastic jugs). They’ll be shocked when they pour a bright-colored drink into their cereal.
Thirteen: Stuff tissue paper in the toes of their shoes. When they try to put on their shoes, they’ll think their feet grew overnight
Fourteen: Put a fake roach in their lunchbox
Fifteen: Put a helium-filled balloon in their toilet with the seat down so it will float up when they lift the seat in the morning. You can even write “Aprils Fools” on it with a Sharpie
Sixteen: Fill an empty Hot Cheetos bag with baby carrots
