What’s your Christmas Eve dinner? For years ours has been Chinese Food. We love it, its super simple to make and fun (don’t forget the fortune cookies!). With so much going on getting ready for the holidays, it’s so great to have a simple meal so there’s no stress and time can be enjoyed with family.
This year potstickers are on the menu along with my favorite home-made dipping sauce. The Pagoda potstickers come with a Ponzu sauce which is also delicious. We like to make our own sauce so that we can add some heat to it (we love spicy food)
Potstickers Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons chili sauce
1/2 Tablespoon green onion slivers
Instructions:
Mix in a bowl and serve.
Do you own a whisk like this? I love mine, its perfect for mixing sauces.
