Summer vacation. It’s hot.
By now the kids are bored and spending too much time on their phones.
We’re kicking off a new series “things to do with tween this summer” and our first is bowling!
Recently my son and I went bowling with a few blogger friends to Bowlmor in Scottsdale. It had been a year since we last bowled and we forgot how much fun we always have. My son is pretty good for his age and I’m not very good so we’re about equal usually bowling 100-125. But we have a blast and that’s all that matters.
Food. A fun night out always includes food. We got hungry and ordered wings, BBQ Bacon Burger, and my son had the Monster Cookie for dessert (which was huge!). I was impressed with the food – not the bowling alley food I remember in the past. My son said his burger was one of the best he’s ever had.
There’s an awesome summer for bowling in Phoenix this summer with Bowlmor, Brunswick Zone, AMF, and Bowlero call the Summer Games Pass. For one price you can bowl 3 games every day and it includes shoe rentals. Summer Pass is good May 22 through September 4th, Monday – Friday open – 8 pm, and Saturdays – Sunday open – 4 pm.
