Self Love – When was the last time you did something for yourself?

By: Dana Michele

Disclosure: this is a sponsored post in collaboration with Groupon. All opinions are my own.

Self Love. So important to true happiness.

I try to do something for myself every single day. It may be something small like taking the time to enjoy a cup of tea on my patio. Going for a hike to breathe in fresh air and clear my mind. Or something bigger like a pampering beauty treatment.

Doing things for yourself is important. As moms, we’re always taking care of everyone else. It’s important to pause, and remember to take care of yourself. Treat yourself to things that make you happy. A little pampering always does it for me.

How does a spa day sound?

Been wanting to try eyelash extensions?

How about a blowout for your Friday night date?

Want to try out a barre exercise class to see if it’s right for you?

When was the last time you had a pedicure?

Overdue for a haircut? Or want to update your style?

I’m talking about Groupon again, this time, about Health, Beauty, and Wellness Groupons. When Groupon first appeared, I used it for great restaurants deals. But more recently I’ve discovered how many health and beauty coupons they have. I often see awesome deals for haircuts, blowouts, eyelash extensions, fitness classes and more. So remember to take care of yourself and check Groupon first, to find a great deal. Saving money always makes me happy too so it’s a double win!

What’s your favorite way to treat yourself?
