Yoplit® has launched a new yogurt call Yoplait® Go Big™ perfect for tweens and tweens. Is your teen growing fast? Even more active every day? The larger size is perfect for their needs. Yoplait recently challenged me to participate in their Go Big Challenge and to write a letter to my son.
I often describe myself as #boymom and #baseballmom because that is a big part of my life. As my son is now in his tween years, this becomes more prominent as to who we are as a family. I love watching him grow and develop his passions and talents. Proud Momma.
Letter to my tween son
Dear B
You started with t-ball when you were 4 and have never stopped playing baseball. Your dedication and perseverance to the sport are amazing.

First, it was t-ball, then coach pitch and then kids pitch. Through all these years you were in a recreational league which was great to develop your skills and love for the game. Your dad has always been involved coaching your team and I’ve helped the team however I can from taking photos to throwing the end of season parties – we both love being involved with the team to support you.

And now you’ve advanced to club level. This is a HUGE step up from the recreation league.
You’ve settled in on the positions of shortstop, centerfield, and pitcher. You’ve always loved pitching and have been working on accuracy and speed. Mental concentration is a huge part of pitching.
This weekend was the first tournament of the season and I was excited for you when I learned you would be the starting pitcher in the final game of the tournament. So exciting to watch you. To see how you have grown so much and are becoming an amazing baseball player. Your skills. Your techniques. Your concentration.
You are growing to be an amazing baseball player every season and I am excited to see how that continues as you get older.
Love, Mom
My son has always liked yogurt tubes. Perfect for lunch boxes or on the go. We often stick them in the freezer so they’re a frozen treat. The new larger size is perfect for tweens and teens to satisfy their growing appetite.
Look for Yoplait’s Go Big yogurt on your next shopping trip. We picked up our box at Safeway and it’s also stocked at Walmart and Target. There were two box combinations – Mixed Berry and Peach Mango/Cherry. My son has been on such a mango kick lately that it was no question which he would pick. Nutrition is important to me and I was happy to see that the yogurt contains no high fructose syrup, no artificial colors, real fruit and is a good source of calcium.
