Thanksgiving is over and you’ve got a fridge full of leftovers. What to make? You may still have a house full of people and want something easy to make and easy to serve. These Thanksgiving Turkey Sliders are the perfect after-Thanksgiving meal and can easily be doubled or tripled for a larger crowd.
Everyone loves sliders. Fun and easy to eat. A little hungry, grab one, really hungry, grab two or three.
You could easily make these with a ham instead. Have left over stuffing? add a layer of stuffing to the sliders.

Gluten-free and Dairy-free slider variations
Want to make it Gluten-Free? Use gluten-free buns
Want to make it dairy-free? Use dairy-free butter and dairy-free cheese. For butter, we love the Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks. For sliced cheese, we love Violife slice cheese (dairy-free Provolone since I haven’t found a decent dairy-free Swiss cheese). Make sure the turkey has been cooked without butter so that it’s also dairy-free.
