Pets are members are our families but have you thought about pet safety in the car? Whether its a trip to the vet, the park or a road trip, pets should be protected in case of an accident. Here in the United States, we have very strict child safety laws but what about our pets? Did you know some states have laws requiring pet restraints? Arizona doesn’t but its still important for your pet’s safety.
We have a cat, Sara, who has been a member of our family for 15 years. Sara and Sammy were our first ‘kids’ before my son was born. Sammy recently passed away and we miss her sweet meows. Sara is always snuggled at my side while I work and keeping an eye on my son. My son just got 2 puppies, Magic and Major. Our cats mostly stayed at home but there are trips to the vet and our longest road trip with them when we moved from San Diego to Phoenix. Dogs come along with trips to the park, camping trips and also trips to the vet.
Pet owner? Live in Phoenix? Come out and join us to learn more about pet travel safety.
