One great thing about the weather here in Arizona is that citrus trees grow great in backyards. We have lemon, lime and orange trees. Our lemon tree produces 100s of huge lemons in January. Our lime tree is less of a producer but increasing every year – this year I would estimate around 50 limes and they’re ready! So what to do with all the limes. I juice them and freeze in ice cube trays so that I have a year-around supply of lime juice.
