We love corn when its tender and sweet! My North Scottsdale Farmer’s Market delivery included some delicious looking corn so that was definatley on the menu for Saturday evening. I’ve always boiled it but this weekend my husband suggested we try grilling it. Quick search on the iphone and pulled up a simple allrecipes.com recipe. Peel back husks, remove silk, cover in butter and salt, put back husks, wrap in foil and grill for about 30 minutes. YUM! YUM! YUM! wow, this was good. Prep and cooking time is a lot longer but so delicious – so tender and juicy. And the smell brings back memories of grilled corn at the Del Mar Fair in California.
A little more searching online and I’m finding suggestions of adding garlic, chili pepper or lime juice – sounds delicious!
